How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better! We'd suggest securing your booking at least 4-6 months before your wedding day, particularly during our busiest season between May and October. That said, if you're working with a tighter timeline, we do take bookings up to a week before your event, just check our online system for live availability and book straight away.
When will I receive the camcorder?

Your Filmed By package will be with you 3 days before your event date, arriving with you in plenty of time to get familiar with it before the big day.
Is the camcorder hard to use?

Not at all! Our camcorders arrive fully set up and ready to use straight out of the box. We include a simple instruction card inside your package, and there is even a handy sticker guide on the camcorder itself so whether it is you, a family member or a guest picking it up, everyone knows exactly what to do.
When will I receive my raw and edited video?

Every camcorder is fully tested and set up before it leaves us, but we always recommend giving it a quick test run when it arrives using our included instructions. If you do run into any issues, just email us at filmed.by@outlook.com straight away and we will get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
What if there is an issue with the camcorder?

Once your camcorder is back with us, we will have your organised raw footage ready to share within 2 to 3 weeks. Then sit back and relax while we work our magic on your edit, with your finished wedding video ready within 5 to 7 weeks!
