Where you return footage to us as part of an editing package, we will handle that footage solely for the purpose of providing your editing service. If you do not wish your footage to be used for marketing purposes, you must notify us in writing before your event. We will never use footage containing nudity, distressing content, or anything inappropriate.
Opting out of marketing use does not affect the quality control review process where footage is reviewed solely to deliver your edited video.
